If the sofa is heavily soiled, the price may be calculated with an increased coefficient of 1.2 to 2.0. The final price depends on the degree of soiling, fabric type, number of stains, odors, access difficulty, and the need for additional treatments.
Furniture will not be moved without your consent. If the sofa needs to be moved for cleaning, the technician will agree to this in advance.
Restrictions
We do not clean furniture if there is active mold, bed bugs, insects, biological contamination, or if the property is in a sanitary hazardous condition. In such cases, you must first contact a specialized disinfection or pest control service. After professional treatment, we can consider upholstery cleaning.
Payment and Documents
Payment is due on-site after the work is completed: in cash or by credit card via the payment link.
The price does not include VAT. If you require an official invoice, 21% VAT will be added to the price.
